Seller Requirements

Ownership, permissions, honest listings, and protection for people in media.

1. Ownership declaration

By submitting a listing, you represent that you created the media or have documented authority to offer the stated license. You must not offer copied stock assets, downloaded social-media content, or another person’s work as your own. Keep evidence of ownership and licensing authority. Do not falsely claim exclusivity for work already licensed elsewhere.

2. People, property and additional rights

Obtain model releases and property permissions where the proposed use requires them. Confirm rights in music, artwork, logos, and recognizable private locations. The fact that a photograph was taken in public does not automatically clear every advertising or personality-right use. Accurately disclose editorial restrictions and missing permissions. A checkbox is an ownership declaration, not a substitute for an actual release.

3. Children and private family media

Do not publish or sell identifiable children’s images or videos in the public marketplace in this initial version. Private family sharing must remain within authorized invitations and appropriate parental or guardian permissions. Never upload exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors, or intimate material without lawful consent. Eligible family collection purchases are restricted to the specifically invited buyer.

4. Listing accuracy and moderation

Describe file type, resolution, edits, content, price, and license honestly. Disclose material manipulation or synthetic content rather than presenting it as documentary evidence. Originals and previews may be processed for delivery and reviewed before publication. Moderation approval is not a guarantee of ownership or complete legal clearance.

5. Fees, taxes and payouts

The platform fee is 15% of the media sale price for Framivio, with 85% allocated to the creator. The fee is rounded to the nearest cent once per order; the creator receives the remainder. Payment-processing fees are borne by Framivio from its share. After verified Stripe Connect onboarding and settlement, available creator earnings are sent automatically to the linked bank account on the applicable schedule; there is no Framivio withdrawal button. Deposits are not instant or guaranteed: bank timing, verification, reserves, refunds, disputes, and legal holds may affect availability. Tax collection, seller tax obligations, supported countries, refund allocation, and dispute procedures require professional review. Earnings and deposit timing are not guaranteed.
