Media Licensing

1. No license from a preview

Viewing, saving, or sharing a listing link does not purchase a license. Demonstration images are for interface illustration only and are not offered for sale by Framivio. A license is granted only under the terms attached to a completed purchase.

2. Listing-specific licenses

Subject to a valid completed purchase and the license attached to that order, the buyer receives the uses expressly granted in that license. A personal-use license does not grant commercial rights. Copyright remains with the rights holder. Commercial use is permitted only when the listing expressly allows it and the required model, property, trademark, and other permissions are in place. Editorial-only material cannot be used as advertising or endorsement.

3. Restrictions

Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the source file as stock media or as the primary value of a competing product. Do not remove watermarks from previews, imply a person’s endorsement, use media unlawfully or deceptively, or use recognizable people in defamatory or exploitative contexts. A media license does not grant a person’s identity rights, trademark rights, or rights in artworks or music appearing in the media.

4. Scope and documentation

Each offered license should state permitted uses, attribution requirements, duration, territory, audience or reproduction limits, restrictions on merchandise/templates, and whether exclusivity is available. Buyers should keep the order and versioned license. These draft general notes do not override a more limited documented order license or authorize uses not yet specified.

5. Withdrawal and disputes

If rights are disputed or delivery is defective, contact the operator through the reporting process at framiviosupport@gmail.com. A refund or revoked download permission does not remotely erase an already-downloaded file. Any duty to stop using disputed material and the effect on prior valid uses must be assessed under the applicable license and law.
