Copyright & Privacy Reporting

1. Report a concern

For an available listing, the Report control records a signed-in report for operator review. Identify the listing or profile and describe the copyright, consent, or privacy issue. Provide only necessary information; do not publicly post identification documents or private family files. A report is not a promise that an item has been removed or that a legal notice has been received by a designated agent.

2. Copyright notice information

A copyright notice generally needs identification of the protected work, the specific allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, and a signature. Where a US DMCA notice procedure applies, the required good-faith and accuracy/authority declarations must also be included. False or abusive notices can cause harm and may carry legal consequences. Obtain advice if you are uncertain about ownership, exceptions, or notice requirements.

3. Review, counter-notices and repeat violations

A properly staffed procedure must assess notices promptly, preserve necessary records, notify affected users when appropriate, and provide the applicable counter-notice and appeal process. Content restoration, evidence retention, and repeat-infringer measures must follow applicable law. This draft does not promise automated removal, restoration deadlines, or eligibility for a statutory safe harbor.

4. Reporting contact

Send copyright and privacy reports to framiviosupport@gmail.com. The business mailing address remains to be finalized. No US DMCA agent registration is claimed. If the operator relies on a DMCA process, it must designate and register an appropriate agent where required and publish real contact information. The contact email is available to people without accounts.
