Community & Safety Guidelines

Respectful participation and safeguards against abuse.

1. Respect and identity

Do not use hateful slurs, threats, harassment, explicit sexual language, scams, or misleading authority claims in usernames or public contributions. Neutral community and identity terms are allowed. Do not impersonate Framivio staff, payment providers, or other creators. A username containing “verified” is not verification.

2. Content restrictions

Illegal material, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, credible threats, extremist recruitment, doxxing, and malicious files are prohibited. Do not expose someone’s private identifying details or intimate moments without permission. Public identifiable-child listings are prohibited in the initial release. Report concerns rather than downloading or redistributing suspected illegal content.

3. Moderation and appeals

The service uses format checks, private username rules, access controls, and human review tools. Marketplace media must complete AI screening. Uploads with no harmful-content flags pass the safety gate without routine manual review; flagged or reported uploads require a moderator decision. Failed or unavailable scans remain held for retry. A first confirmed content violation removes the content and adds a strike; a second distinct confirmed violation terminates platform access. AI flags alone do not create strikes. Users can appeal in Content safety, including after termination. An overturned strike can restore access, but removed listings are not automatically republished. Automated rules can miss new abuse or reject innocent names. Signed-in users can request a username review in Account settings. Repeated evasion can lead to restrictions. Reviewing a username appeal does not automatically approve the requested name or confer verification.

4. Reporting and urgent danger

Use Report on an available listing to record a concern. Reports are stored for moderator review. You can also email framiviosupport@gmail.com without an account. Continuous monitoring or an immediate response is not guaranteed. If someone faces immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services; Framivio is not an emergency-response service.
